Figuring out the right questions to ask can sometimes be a daunting task. To make it easier to find the insights you are looking for, here are some starter prompts:

General Prompts 

Verbatim Prompts Use Case
What complaints showed up more than 3 times?" Surface repeated pain points within a short window
What’s being asked about the most? Catch confusion, bugs, or interest spikes that need responses.
What positive feedback was shared? Highlight praise or wins to share with the team or community.
What gameplay mechanics are being discussed most? Track interest or confusion around new or core systems.
What got tagged as confusing or unclear today? Spot areas where players are struggling to understand the game.
What’s being mentioned alongside specific features e.g., ‘crafting’ ? Narrow in on how players are reacting to individual system.
Which suggestions were made more than once? Identify patterns in feature requests or QoL ideas.
Any posts that triggered follow-up questions or support requests? Surface friction points or onboarding gaps.
Which memes or jokes are trending? Capture cultural moments or inside jokes that could be community fuel.

Prompts for Microtransactions

Any negative feedback tied to pricing? Surface concerns about cost, value, or fairness.
