To inform your community to report bug reports or feedback reports, we suggest sticky-ing the following message within your bug report or feedback forum. Note that within Discord you are allowed to sticky one message.

Title of post: How to report bug reports

Message:

• Navigate to ⁠⁠⁠[create-player-feedback, insert link], click the button to Submit Feedback Report,
• A private thread will be created for you and the bot to capture all the necessary information for a comprehensive feedback report,
• Feedback Preview will be generated… click Approve,
• Your private thread will be removed within 30 seconds or so after submission, cleaning things up

The ⁠⁠⁠[game-feedback, insert link] is where your feedback report will appear as a new post. You will also see it on the left side, as you created it (or if you commented there), but everyone else will see it in the main forum.
